Creamy Almond & Coconut Oats

Another deliciously hearty way to star the day.

Creamy, without the cream - what's not to love?

It tastes indulgent but isn't actually.

If you like a sweet touch lighten it up with some raspberries



  • 150ml Coconut Milk* 
  • 40g Oats
  • 10g Almond Flakes
  • 2 tsp Almond Butter
  • 1 tsp Honey

*(from a can or carton - from a can is much creamer, just shake before you use it)


  • Whole or flaked almonds
  • Raspberries


  1. Stir the coconut milk and oats together.
  2. Add the almond butter, honey and almond flakes, stir and leave in the fridge overnight.
  3. The next morning, pour into a bowl and top with almond flakes and any fruit. Raspberries work really well with this.
