Creamy, without the cream - what's not to love?
It tastes indulgent but isn't actually.
If you like a sweet touch lighten it up with some raspberries
- 150ml Coconut Milk*
- 40g Oats
- 10g Almond Flakes
- 2 tsp Almond Butter
- 1 tsp Honey
*(from a can or carton - from a can is much creamer, just shake before you use it)
- Whole or flaked almonds
- Stir the coconut milk and oats together.
- Add the almond butter, honey and almond flakes, stir and leave in the fridge overnight.
- The next morning, pour into a bowl and top with almond flakes and any fruit. Raspberries work really well with this.
