This is perfect on its own and mixed into hot chocolate! Who needs to buy Baileys when you can make it this easily and adjust the chocolate and alcohol levels according to your own preferences!
300ml Single Cream
397g Sweetened Condensed Milk (1 Can)
1 tsp Instant Coffee Granules
2-4 tbsp Chocolate Sauce*
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
*Depends on how strong you want the taste of alcohol to be. 4 tbsp covers most of sharpness and makes the Irish Cream very sweet. I think it's a bit too sweet like that, so I'd go for 3 tbsp.
- Pour about 50ml cream into a blender with the chocolate sauce and blend at a high speed for 10 seconds till the chocolate sauce is completely mixed into the cream, no lumps.
- Add all the rest of the ingredients and blend for about 30 seconds.
- Store in the fridge for up to a month.
Serve plain, with ice or stirred into hot chocolate.
