Fresh, warm with strong creamy flavours, yummmmy
- Small leaf salad
- Goats cheese
- 2 large Beetroots
- Small handful of Oats
- Roasted Pumpkin and Sunflower seeds
- Balsamic Dressing
- Pre-heat oven to 180*C
- Slice the beetroots and place on a lined baking tray. Crumble some of the goats cheese over the beetroot and add the oats. Place this is the oven to roast for 10 minuets till the the cheese and beetroots are tinged with brown.
- Place the roasted slices with cheese and oats of a bed of salad leaves and top with extra fresh goats cheese from the fridge.
- Sprinkle with the roasted seeds and drizzle with balsamic. Done!
